Tasty and sour chicken food

In my college days, I liked to eat Chinese food. When I changed my lifestyle and realized what is in most restaurant foods, I stopped eating Chinese food. I decided to recreate some of the flavors as real food. The sweet and sour chicken was one of my favorites, so I decided to make a more sweet and sour dish.

What is good and sour chicken?

Yes, as the name suggests – sweet and sour. Traditions use some sugar for flavor and vinegar for intoxication. It was a really delicious company. Usually, the chicken in the sweet chicken and the sour chicken is the kind of bread and frying. There are always chopped sauteed vegetables tossed in sometimes pineapple for a delicious bite.

I make a few different things when I make sweet and sour chicken. I make sweet potatoes with honey or maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, and a slice of sweet orange. And I use coconut amino instead of soy sauce. It tastes the same, and I like to avoid most soy products.

And I donʻt usually eat bread and fry chicken. I do it sometimes because it’s better, but really good sauteed chicken breasts that are cut and are easier, quicker, and smaller.

For the plants, I just use my stuff by hand. That’s the beauty of making your own Chinese food! You can vary the vegetables and protein depending on personal preference, what’s in season, and what you have on hand. It was very beautiful. Here are some ideas:

  • Onion – I think it’s a staple in most of my Chinese dishes
  • Pepa bele
  • Kelelei
  • Broccoli
  • Ice or peas
  • Zucchini – a great way to use this great garden tool in the summer!
  • Freshly served – delicious and sour chicken

We often eat our Chinese food on white rice or pork rice. I also found that it was better than zucchini noodles (made with a spiral slice) or just cooked zucchini noodles. I also ate dried spinach to get fresh greens, and it was delicious.

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.

  • In a large skillet, heat the butter or coconut oil over medium -high heat.

  • Add the chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, turmeric, and paprika, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

  • Add the lemon juice, coconut amino acids, apple cider vinegar, and fish oil, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through in the center.

  • While the chicken is cooking, cut out the bell paper.

  • Drain some more water from the skillet and return to the heat.

  • Add the tomato paste, orange zest, honey, and chopped bell pepper, and cook on medium / high for another 3-5 minutes until the thickness starts to thicken and begin to thicken. chicken to be a little dark.

  • Remove from heat, and serve over pork rice or white rice. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.

Coconut amino acids are a soy-free substitute for soy sauce, as is the flavor.
