Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait

Summer is coming, and with it, the strawberry season. No one beats the taste of fresh fruits. And even though summer is a bit warmer, I like to have some delicious things on hand without having to clean up the kitchen with the oven. That’s one of the reasons I did it this coconut chocolate and baking cookies.

This no-bake strawberry cheesecake parfait is an excellent summer choice. It’s beautiful but very easy to make, uses healthy and delicious foods. I think you want to be like us!

How to Make a No-Bake Cake

The two main types of cheesecake are traditional baked and non-baked. Most people are familiar with this type of cake.

While baked cheesecakes rely on eggs and oven heat to thicken and set, unbaked cheesecakes use clean, unflavored gelatin instead. And of course, some gelatin comes from a good source significant health benefitsthis is a victory for me.

Using Gelatin

Bone broth actually contains gelatin, but I use gelatin for flavors, I use this gelatin in powder form made with grass -fed cattle.

To use powdered gelatin, you need to let the gelatin bloom for a few minutes in cold water before adding it to warm water. If not, you’ll find pieces of gelatin in your finished meal. For this dish, use a wide bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on a small amount of cold milk and leave for a few minutes before stirring in the warm milk.

How to make Strawberry Cheesecake Cakes

This food is real and very easy to make. To show the lists of a parfait, you need to use a glass or cups. Choose if you want to make individual cheesecake parfaits or one large one, as well as additional layers of strawberries and a combination of cheesecake in your cups.

For strawberry slices, you just chop and slice fresh strawberries. For cheesecake layers, combine whipped cream, honey, vanilla, and a mixture of milk / gelatin. Put it in your cup, please, and that’s it!

I do it ahead of time and relax and I’m ready to serve. You don’t have to be happy, but the cheesecake is thicker and better if you make it.

Different types of Parfait

These parfaits are delicious as they are written, but there are a million ways you can make them.

  • Use different products – blueberries, raspberries, peaches, or a combination of fruits
  • Add some crunch – mini chocolate chips, cut pecans, or granola niu
  • Add a cup of citrus – add lemon or orange zest to the cheesecake mixture
  • Add chia – this recipe gave me the idea to combine a parfait cheesecake with my blackberry chia fruit pudding

Instructions

  • Pour ¼ cup of cold milk into a wide bowl.

  • Sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and leave for 5 minutes.

  • Now, in a small bowl heat the remaining ¼ cup of milk and heat.

  • Pour the hot milk into the cold milk / mix the cooled gelatin.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the soft cream cheese with the honey and vanilla until smooth.

  • Add the milk / gelatin mixture.

  • Cut the eggs.

  • In one large glass bowl or 8 glass cups each, place half of the strawberries.

  • Place half of the cheesecake mixture on top of the strawberries.

  • Add the remaining strawberries followed by the remaining cheesecake to the bowls.

  • Cool and ready to serve.
