According to Walia, she constantly educates her patients on the relationship between sleep, heart health, and overall health.
Too often, she says, people don’t realize how serious sleep problems are for the heart. “It’s like high cholesterol. You don’t realize sometimes it’s bad for you until you take care of it,” Walia said. “A lot of times, people with drowsiness, fatigue and difficulty sleeping, and sometimes people don’t. But there are effects in your body, and you may not even notice.”
Seeing the effect of sleep on the health of the heart was the reason Walia had a sleeping pill. At the beginning of his career, a patient developed a condition he underwent called “hypertension resistant.” Although he took four medicines for blood, his blood was not controlled. Set a curfew for barricades. According to Walia, you should avoid using electricity 30 minutes before bed to help you relax. She also encouraged them not to sleep during the day. If you need sleep, do it earlier in the day and for no more than 20 minutes.
