(CNN) – The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has updated its travel advice page for Covid-19. Two new locations, two in Africa, have joined the “high” problem area.

But perhaps even more notable this week is the news that two places in upper Europe have been downgraded to the “easy” problem.

Sweden’s Scandinavian cultural heritage and Romania’s vast forest and history in Eastern Europe offer two shining spots in the land that melted into the “high” region.

The Level 3 “high” problem level is currently the highest level in terms of the problem level. Level 2 is considered the “appropriate” problem. Level 1 is the “low” problem.

Level 4, which used to be the highest risk area, is now reserved for special situations, such as the highest case scores, the risk of a new type of anxiety or the collapse of the symptoms. Health care industry. Under the new system, no space has been placed on Level 4 so far.

• Botswana
• Cape Verde

Botswana, a land -based safari favorite, moves up from Level 1 and Cape Verde, from the west coast of Africa in the North Atlantic, moves up from Level 2.

There were more than 110 tourist destinations in Level 3 as of June 21st. Level 3 locations are about half of the 235 locations inspected by the CDC.

Despite the good news in Sweden and Romania, most of Europe has been stuck there for months with the start of the summer travel season. On June 21, the most popular European tourist destinations are among the remaining in Table 3:

• France
• Germany
• Greek
• Ireland
• Italy
• The Netherlands
• Norwegian
• Spanish
• United Kingdom

But it’s not just European favorites that find themselves in the Table 3. There are many popular tourist destinations around the world among those in the ‘high -end’ region, including these:

• Brazil
• Canada
• Costa Rica
• Malaysia
• Mexico
• South Korea
• Thailand

The CDC recommends that you start with your Covid-19 doses before moving on to the 3rd level. The meaning of “new” means that you not only have the first complete medications but the stimulants that you can afford.

Areas taking “Level 2: Covid-19 Moderate” reported 50 to 100 Covid-19 cases per 100,000 residents in the last 28 days. Six locations moved to this site on Tuesday:

• Bolivia
• Ethiopia
• Kenya
• Morocco
• Romania
• Sweden

Unlike the two European countries, the move to Tier 2 is not good news for Bolivia, Kenya and Morocco, which are in Tier 1. (Ethiopia was not mentioned around the week in hala).

In its comprehensive travel guide, the CDC said it would avoid international travel until corn is available.

Papa 1

For “Level 1: Covid-19 Low,” there were 49 or fewer new cases per 100,000 people in the past 28 days. Six locations scattered around the world were added to the division on June 21:

• El Salvador
• Fiji
• Guinea
• Moldova
• Sint Eustatius
• Tanzania

The move is good news for the small Dutch island of Sint Eustatius in the Caribbean, which is in Table 3.

Last week, El Salvador, Fiji and Moldova were in Rank 2 and Guinea and Tanzania were not “recognized.”

Not known

Finally, there are areas that the CDC considers to be a “non -disclosure” problem due to lack of information. Usually, but not all the time, these are small, remote areas or places where there is constant war or unrest. This week, four locations were added to this section:

• Bhutan
• Comoros
• Democratic Republic of the Congo
• Ghana

The CDC recommends visiting these areas because the problems are less obvious. The other parts of this region are Cambodia, the Canary Islands and Macau.

Some medical professionals weigh the risk levels

Shipping costs are a “one -stop shop” for calculating personal risk, according to CNN Medical Analyst Dr. Leana Wen.

We have moved to a “part of the mental health system where people have to make their own decisions about their health status and their endurance in the future to contract. Covid-19, ”said Wen, a trauma doctor and physician. Health policy and management at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.

There are a few others to consider when adding mailing numbers, such as Wen.

“The other thing is that you need to take care of it and follow it wherever you go and then the third thing is what you plan to do while you’re there,” he said.

“Are you planning to visit a lot of attractions and go to the inner beams? It’s very different from going to a place where you plan to sleep on the beach all day and not socialize with another. That’s very different. The levels of the problem are very different. “

Reception is the most important safety factor for the trip, as travelers are more likely to not travel and send Covid-19 to other people, Wen said.

And it’s also important to think about what you will do if you end up trying hard from home.

“Of course, if people have symptoms or vision while walking, they should try, and if they try better, follow CDC’s independent guidelines,” Wen told CNN. Travel.
